You should add a suggestion for a good lightweight 3rd party app to add back the hotkeys? Win 7 minimizes the video on #2 monitor when cursor touches #1. Sometimes what happens is the window gets bumped so that the upper part where the mouse can grab and move the window is off screen. this feature was driving me positively CRAZY! Disable Windows Shake Wonderful!!
boats I have tried all the suggestions and when I get the program window to move, it just snaps back into place again. I hate rebooting all the time!
