I have tried to disable the "atk0110 acpi utility" in device manager but it will not allow me too so I assume it's needed. Make sure the mouse drivers are installed. Unfortunately, the dumps are already deleted, but I'll generate some more of them for attaching. Please can you upload full memory dump with checked version of ndis.sys . We'll have to wait for Adaptec to make a driver that is Windows 8 compatible to see if it resolves the DPC error. At the moment I have both applications deinstalled (for testing whether crashes were reproducible with the same high network load). The network connection and mouse seem to take 5-10 seconds to actually load before I can even move the mouse.

Report Id: 120611-6255-01.: The first thing I'm thinking is a memory issue so I run a few memory scans and they all come back fine. If you've moved the pagefile off C:\ or don't have a page file, I'd set it up to create one on C:\ while you are having problems. When my computer wakes from sleep mode, the tablet no longer functions. I deinstalled both, and crashes stopped.
